Our nets are made from special UV stabilized high-density polyethylene
    mono-filament and is completely chemical resistant.

The mono-filaments are braided to form a super strong flexible cord with
    a breaking strength of approximately 160 kg (350 lbs.) which is then used
    to construct the netting panels. The cord is braided with 16 strands,
    each strand has 4 x 600 denier mono-filaments and is available in
    blue or black as standard colors.

The nets are initially made in rectangular panels, as ordered by the customer,
    with a square mesh configuration of 4"x4" (100mm) or with a 110mm mesh
    for local (South African) use.

Custom shaped nets are pre-stretched and heat treated prior to shipment.

Joints and stubs on custom-made nets are welded to prevent fraying.

A Pool Net is light in weight and can be bundled into a small parcel.

A 40' x 20' net weighs 17 lbs. and can be stored in a 20" x 20" x 20"
    container.

The pool net hooks and anchor plates are made from stainless steel
    and will last for a lifetime.

The plate is a round disc, almost flush with the paving, with a ‘key-hole’ slot
    to accommodate the hook and is anchored with two high quality
    ‘easy drive’ nail-in anchor screws.

The plates are specially designed and guaranteed not to hurt bare feet.

We use the age - old ‘block and tackle’ principle to adjust tension on the net.

Sets of pulleys are permanently fixed at an appropriate place on the net
    with tensioning cords anchored on the surrounding paving.

The kit comprises:

• The net, with tensioners

• Sufficient hooks and plates

• ‘Easy-drive’ anchors for fastening plates in paving

• A quantity additional pool braid for any required adjustments

• 2 x Masonry drill bits 3/16" (5mm)

• A marker
